Thomas C. Oden

Thomas C. Oden (Ph.D., Yale University), is an executive editor of Christianity Today and author or editor of many books, including After Modernity--What? and Classical Pastoral Care. The Henry Anson Buttz Professor of Theology and Ethics Emeritus at Drew University, Oden serves as chairman of the Institute on Religion and Democracy and is a widely respected theologian and leading figure in the emerging post-denominational ecumenical scene.
