About this app

🏋️ Home fitness and guided workouts for your goals

FitMe is a home fitness and weight loss app with guided workouts for different goals, fitness levels, and routines. Choose short sessions to stay active, build strength, tone your body, or lose weight without a gym or expensive equipment.

Explore 10-minute workouts for your abs, legs, arms, chest, glutes, or full body. Switch between Pilates, yoga, strength training, chair exercises, and other ways to move at home.

⏱️ Short workouts that fit your routine

Fit movement into your day with quick guided sessions you can do at home. Choose a workout for a specific body area or follow a full-body routine.

If weight loss is one of your goals, regular activity can help you build a consistent fitness routine. FitMe gives you flexible options when you want to lose weight, improve endurance, or simply move more throughout the week.

🧘‍♀️ Explore different workout styles

Keep your training varied with Pilates, yoga, strength training, and fat-burning workouts. Try wall-based routines, chair yoga, or exercises you can do in bed when you want something different.

From a full-body session to a female fitness workout focused on specific muscle groups, you can choose training that matches your schedule, fitness level, and goals.

💪 Train different areas of your body

Strengthen your core, work your legs and glutes, train your arms and chest, or choose exercises for your whole body.

A female fitness workout can focus on targeted areas while fitting naturally into a broader home fitness routine. Combine sessions to support weight loss, build strength, and stay active without doing the same workout every day.

If you want to lose weight, mix targeted sessions with full-body movement, Pilates, and strength training to keep your routine balanced and varied.

🏃‍♀️ Work out at home with no equipment

FitMe helps you exercise without gym machines or special equipment. Use your own space for standing workouts, wall exercises, chair routines, bed workouts, yoga, and more.

If you search for lazy exercise for women at home because you want a more approachable place to start, FitMe includes short sessions that fit easily into everyday life. Lazy exercise for women at home can include simple chair, bed, or lower-intensity routines before you move on to something more active.

Choose a female fitness workout for targeted training, or switch to a full-body session when your goal is overall fitness or weight loss.

🎯 Build a routine around your goals

Set goals and use reminders to make exercise a more consistent part of your day. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, or stay active, FitMe keeps a variety of guided workout options within easy reach.

Try Pilates when you want controlled movement, choose a short strength session, or slow things down with yoga. A female fitness workout can also fit into your routine when you want to focus on particular muscle groups.

For users looking for lazy exercise for women at home, short chair, bed, and lower-intensity sessions offer another way to keep moving without committing to a long workout.

🔥 Keep your training flexible

FitMe brings together short home workouts, Pilates, yoga, strength training, targeted exercises, and full-body sessions in one fitness app. Use different workout styles to support weight loss, stay consistent, and keep working toward your fitness goals.

Choose a female fitness workout when it matches your training needs, or explore other guided sessions to lose weight, get stronger, or move more.

If lazy exercise for women at home is what you are looking for, FitMe offers approachable options alongside more active routines. Explore lazy exercise for women at home ideas and keep building a fitness routine that works for you.

The app itself is OK but NOT worth what they will trick you into paying with "free" printable and then a cheap week long plan. What they DON'T tell you is they will automatically charge $60 for a subscription you didn't know about. Full disclosure - I did find the printable in app but had to upload to Drive to save/print. I was also to cancel my subscription so I won't be charged again, probably should have requested a refund. I barely used it. I should have known better with the AI slop ad.

I'm in the same boat with many of you. Got sucked in with "Seniors, get your free chair yoga chart" and followed the prompts and somehow ended up locked in and charged. Didn't care for the apps organization and lack of sequence. There is no means of getting out so when they just charged me 49.99 (to renew?) for an app I don't get use, and since there is no forewarning of charge, a payment receipt nor the "free" chart, I filed a complaint with my bank. Misleading tactics and no communications.

Today I cancelled my subscription via PayPal after being billed AGAIN for 49.99. I only ever wanted the supposedly free print-out option, which I never saw. My mistake was not reading fine print. I have never gotten a single email from them (which they claim in comments is where I would get the free printout). It took multiple tries via multiple apps to figure out even how to cancel my payment. I sincerely hope that is the end of this misadventure.
