The app is very nice. I've been using it for months and kept many of my things, project, plans and even dreams in it. And it has helped a lot. But if it is downloaded on another phone, is it not possible to access your earlier stored notes again? It would have been better if one could open it with their email account so if they change their phone, they would be able to access their lost notes. Perhaps you can look into it. Thank you!🤍

I have a backup file and when I tried to restore it, it says failed to restore. I tried multiple times, even emailed and asked for help inside the app, but I haven't receive any response back. I'm sorry, but your restoration isn't functioning well. It will be a big help if anyone can help me from your end to recover my files, please? 🥺🙏 Also, the body font is the same size of the title, if possible please could you shorten it?

The app is not responding! Recently, out of nowhere I encountered a problem, where in, as soon as I'm launching the app , it's getting closed automatically within a second. I tried turning it on like a hundred times but the issue remains the same..I have some serious Information in it that I can't afford to loose. I tried reaching out to the customer support but there's not a proper channel or clear method to do that either.
