If there was a way to turn off the air open feature on the app i would like it more. It is super frustrating that if you have coins it just sucks then down auto opening the next chapter. Maybe I decided I don't like the book and don't want the next chapter opened. Turn that stupid feature off. Also i am not impressed when the app says i can watch videos to open a chapter but that doesn't happen either. So not impressed.

Thank you for your feedback. The automatic unlock function is set for a single book. Currently, our product cannot directly disable the automatic unlock function for all books. We will add this function in future versions.

I have emailed 5 times to try and cancel a supposed subscription that I have been charged for 3 times. I have not gotten a single response. Not even an automated reply. I purchased a subscription once and then canceled it right away so that I wouldn't be charged. When I log into the app, it does not show any coins/tickets/credits, nor does it show an active subscription at all in Google Play. I want a refund! EDIT- I tried this and there is no subscription to cancel!

no one gets back to you. I emailed to get help due to them charging my card for a subscription, but when I go in my app, there is no subscription to cancel. I have emailed multiple times for help resolving the issue with no replies. As for the reply to this review, i have already followed those steps and it says I have no subscriptions listed. update: this company will not answer any emails to cancel subscriptions and will continue charging your account. I've been dealing with this 3 months now
