I've been trying to log into my hoyolab account on my laptop, but every time I try it tells me too many requests. I'll try logging in again 10 minutes later but the same thing. I'll do it a day or two later, same thing. It used to work but now all I get is a small pop-up saying too many requests. I've tried closing everything, restarting my laptop, trying on a different wifi, and different sites like crime and opera. I had one of my friends log in through their laptop and it worked perfectly?!

most parts of the app work as intended. Unfortunately, the Sereniteapot replica display platform has been bugged for well over two months and even after troubleshooting with customer service, it's still not working. The app is up to date, the phone is compatible, no VPN/no battery saver, wifi connection is good, cleared the catche, yes I tried reinstalling. it's been well over a month and it hasn't been resolved. Customer service was unhelpful.

Don't use this app. The UI is atrocious and takes forever to get to the actual tools you want to use. On top of that, in order to access these tools like check-ins the fastest, you are forced into the social media feed which is just full of non-stop spoilers from the latest quests with no spoiler tags or way to stop them from showing up. You can't even use the bare minimum features of this app without having major spoilers pop up in your face. This NEEDS to be fixed ASAP. Stop punishing us, Hoyo
