Edited from 5* to 4* because I bought premium and already finished the combat story path in two weeks 😭 .. I just started playing today and this game is REALLY fun and effective. The music is good and the animations are cute. It gives you a choice to do farming or combat. I'm a combat girl. The card combat is really fun with good cards to build a deck with so far. For language learning, I'm REALLY enjoying it so far. It has flash cards and words are voiced, and it's repetitive enough to get it!

Hey so glad to hear you're enjoying the game! We're looking to extend adventure gameplay so those like yourself who get REALLY into it don't burn through the mode so quickly. We have a lot of plans for this year to refresh the mode with new gameplay and mechanics so please stay tuned for future updates and in the meantime give the farm mode a try!

Very fun way to help me stay motivated in learning a new language! Easy to use, can modify settings to learn at a speed that works for you personally. I'm just using the free version but there is also a paid version with its own perks available. Edit: Down one star because you can only watch ads twice in a day to gain energy, and after that it just says no ads available. I think I should be able to watch as many as I'd like to keep learning in a day.

The language lessons feel simplistic, and the free version only allows a limited number per day. Each lesson takes energy and you only start the day with enough to do 4 lessons, which doesn't get you very far either in learning or in progressing through quests. You can watch ads for more energy but apparently even the ads are limited, so you hit a point where you just can't do anything else unless you want to upgrade to the paid version.

Hi there! The free version is intended for a more casual use of the app, but you should be able to get at least 100 questions in per day, and that grows to 150 and then 200 once you reach level 5 and 10 respectively. As for the difficulty, you can view the curriculum in your language page and select a more difficult unit if you like!

Greetings legends! With this update we've made some significant changes to the Japanese curriculum:
- You can now toggle furigana to show the kana over each kanji using the lightbulb button
- Many kanji will now be introduced on their own before they are used to form words or sentences
- The new kanji all have the tracing exercise enabled
- Many new units and topics have been added to the curriculum
