Constantly signing out; worse yet, the verification codes aren't coming into gmail a lot of the time (yes, I've checked spam/etc). Once I finally get the verification code, this screen is in a browser rather than the app, and when I submit the code it goes back to the sign in screen in the app. Lots of disconnections, where I have to go to my car to turn it on (EV) before I can reconnect. I really only use this to turn on the A/C and check/change charge status and neither of these work well.

I have to log into the app every day I use it, sometimes more than once. When I am asked for the verification code, I can't click the field to enter it; it translates the click as "resend code" so that I have to check my email for a second and sometimes third code. I do appreciate that onve I've gone through all of this, it does, for the most part, work as advertised.

This app is absolute trash. When you go to put in your verification code, the text box doesn't appear. Then when you press the Home button on your phone and reopen the app, it does appear but sends you 6 more emails with different verification codes. All of this to make sure that I plugged my car in. By the time I'm finally in the app and it's finished "refreshing", I could have walked across the street to see if my neighbor locked their car doors and made it back to bed.
