About this game

The fate of Avan is in your hands.

You begin with a small village hidden in the shadows of Rokmyer. Your goal: grow it into a prosperous city and build a kingdom worthy of history — while your heroes do the fighting.

Champions of Avan blends idle city building with RPG hero collection. Your kingdom grows even while you're away.

KEY FEATURES

BUILD YOUR KINGDOM
Collect wood, stone and gold, construct new buildings and upgrade old ones. Every decision shapes your city — expand carefully and strengthen your town step by step, from hidden village to thriving capital.

IDLE PROGRESS
Your city keeps working while you're gone. Come back to stacked resources, finished constructions and a kingdom that grew without you lifting a finger.

RECRUIT POWERFUL HEROES
Heroes like Inyen, Xaphan and Ayabe each bring unique abilities. Equip them with the best weapons and armor, level them up RPG-style, and use their skills to outmaneuver your enemies in battle.

FIGHT DEADLY BOSSES
Mountain Sentinels, the Dragonling Mother and other powerful foes threaten your city. Plan your battles, defeat them and claim their valuable resources.

EXPLORE ROKMYER
Discover resources hidden in lakes, swamps, forests and mountains — the key to your growth, if you can take them from the dangers guarding them.

PVP BATTLES
Test your strategy against other players in epic PvP battles.

From ruin to riches — build, battle and idle your way into history. The fate of Avan is yours.

Really good game with an old school RPG feel. The biggest problem I have with it is that it seems repetitive. There is a rebirth system where enemies get stronger on restarting the campaign. You keep her levels and equipment, as well as building upgrades, but everything else is reset. But then you go through the exact same "storyline," including side quests meant to teach game mechanics. Changing the flow of each rebirth would make the game more fun. Still, it has been a very fun game to play.

So much potential here and the monetization is super minimal. Progression definitely slows at a certain point. Also I have no idea what builds to use but that's my own problem lol. My major complaint is the arena is severely lacking. The trials should reset and get more difficult with each playthrough The map is small once you reach a certain point but it seems like the dev team plans on expanding that (I hope!) At it's core it's a great game though and I hope they keep building it

I think the way the attack and defense rolls are being presented makes the character levels and equipment feel less important than they should. You can roll zeros several times in a row on a high level character. I think splitting the combat so attack and defense rolls are shown beside the portraits would make the character improvements feel more relevant

Hey Jack Kendrick! Thanks for your thoughtful feedback on the combat mechanics! Your suggestion to display attack and defense rolls beside character portraits is a great idea. We love hearing insights like yours to improve the game. Keep sharing your thoughts!
