Dutch Bros is the best coffee chain bar none, and if this app gave you the ability to customize the included flavors of menu drinks(less and extra sweet are too general when multiple flavors are included; maybe I want more of 1 but not the others) as well as having ALL of the flavors that are actually available at the location listed, it would be 5 stars. As it stands, some drinks can only be ordered on site due to flavors missing from the app.

It's a reliable way to earn points for purchases. Ordering ahead is super convenient. No matter how you order, you can go through the drive through or walk up to the pick-up window. I wish it would save my vehicle selection and my card info, annoying that I have to select it every time. It'd be way more annoying if I didn't use Google pay.

Ordering and using the app itself is very straightforward and easy to do. What makes me give a lower rating is the constant change, unreasonable change. a seasonal or promotional change is fine, but getting alerts for deals then it doesn't show up in the app, or the point coupons like steaks are there then they aren't. It's like depending on the day you get a different app version. I turned on notifications for the deals, but there's no point since they don't exist in the app after getting one.
