5 stars is usually perfect, but while I can't say this game is that, I have nothing to complain about. Ads are fair, only being shown if you want to for in-game items. I love a good atmosphere, and if I weren't such a patient person, I may well have bought that in-app purchase to remove ads to maintain that atmosphere. The game has such a beautiful and serene vibe, so atmospheric. Music, art, dialogue, gameplay, all engaging. While I can't say it's for everyone, it was a great fit for me.

A couple hours and several ads in, I'm 2 and a half chapters deep, and I am disappointed that there's no reaction or comment based on your choices yet. Some may be satisfied with the free online personality quiz you get to do every so often, but if my choices don't affect the story until it's used to pick an ending, then the grind is far, far, far to slow for me to like it. It's a glorified idle game with little more than cutscenes every so often. Can't even call it a visual novel at its pace.

It takes a lot to get me engaged with an idle/clicker game, and it takes a lot more to keep me engaged. You hooked me in with the self-discovery premise and kept me playing with the well-written story. Unfortunately, this is still a game of my least favorite genre, so I cannot give you a higher rating than this. Additional note: What is up with the pricing of the post-completion scenarios? Why does the third one cost more than what the first two cost combined?
