Very bad experience. I placed an order with 30 minute delivery promise. It was not delivered that day. I called the next day and they apologized and said it would arrive, but nothing came. I waited another day and called again. Same apology and no timeline. After the call I checked the app and my order was cancelled without informing me. Three days wasted for nothing. Extremely unprofessional service

It's been over a month since I requested a mobile number update on 26 June, and the issue is still unresolved. I've contacted customer support several times through email, WhatsApp, and phone, but there has been no response or progress. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Very disappointing customer service.

Extremely disappointed with myAster. I placed an order and the app repeatedly pushed back the estimated delivery time—first from morning to 11:00 PM at night. When I called customer support, they gave a completely different delivery time (4:00 PM). To make matters worse, after canceling, I placed the exact same order using another phone number, and suddenly it promised delivery within 45 minutes! Showing late-night delivery slots to existing orders while promising 45 minutes to new ones is compl
