I love what this app strives to accomplish and the company's CS could not be kinder and they are surprisingly easy to contact. The actual functionality of the app is riddled with problems and annoyances. One instance I had shopped and paid via the app and it then told me it was impossible to deliver that day, maybe tomorrow. This was midday, midweek.. I called the store and spoke with the manager who was distraught to be getting a 3rd call saying they couldn't get delivery or pickup scheduled.

Super easy to use. maybe too easy as I order way too much booze these days. Every once in awhile there is a bit of a glitch with the switch from delivery to pick up . typically it seems to be a caching issue so when I forced the app to stop and clear the cache everything goes back to working perfectly. For those who have this problem regularly you may want to think about how often you restart your phone

The app is slow as of Christmas, too much spinning when making selections. Selecting "Favorites" only tells other people your favorites and doesn't save them for you to select YOUR own favorites, so you have to search for them every time. Orders can't be repeated to save time. The only reason I have it one star (besides not being able to give it zero) is that it's nice to make orders and pick it up later.
