Italian fiscal events and standard events now live in a single app. It switches automatically for each event, so there's nothing extra to install.

- Device profiles: scanner settings are managed centrally, so every device is ready to go
- Per-door ticket filtering: each door admits only the tickets it should, and staff are told when a guest is outside their filters
